Since 2014 the farm 'La Sisile' has been carrying out the conversion process to become an organic farm, obtaining the BIO certification in 2016, an important step towards sustainability and good agriculture.
In 2019 it was the first company in Friuli Venezia Giulia to obtain the TSG-certification 'Traditional Specialty Guaranteed' for its hay milk.
